For some of us, it likes to do its best work when we’re trying to settle down for the night. Thoughts are tricky too. They sneak up on us. A lot of them aren’t always productive and sometimes they don’t even hold any relevance. Thoughts can weigh us down, make us lose focus and even drive us to distraction.
The good news is, with some practice and discipline, we can control what runs through our often-overactive brains. Like anything else, the more you do it, the better you get. Simple, everyday techniques can help you take control. It can help you improve your mood, your focus, your memory and help you be more stress free and efficient in life. This alone can help in your physical and spiritual growth.
